About Us
Sawing Technologies LLC is the new name of a company that has been servicing metal cutting saw blades for more than 50 years. The Haas Family started in 1958 importing and sales of circular metal cutting saws. We began sharpening and repairing HSS Cold Saw and Segmental Saw Blades in 1972. Since this time, we have continued to expand our capacities to include both Carbide Tipped Blades and Hot and Friction saw blades. Our current diameter range is from 10” to 84” in Carbide Tipped Blades and up to 72” in Hot and Friction Blades.
An important development is our relationship with a company located in Austria named Framag. Framag is a world leader in the manufacturing of sawing machines, torch cutting machines. This allows Sawing Technologies a complete package of suppling sawing machine, manufacturing Carbide Saws.
Our History
We have both the second and third generation of family involved in running the company. This allows us to fully transition from one generation to the next, decades of experience and knowledge to continue to help and provide advice to our many customers.
